For those having problems with graphics or loading screens...download the first patch in the list and follow the instructions....worked for me.

For those having problems...download the second patch on the list and install it into your game directory...worked for me..

unfortunately i am not so quick on the camera draw when i am driving & missed snapping a pic of the truck but i saw the la county paranormal control truck today on walgrove heading south towards washington blvd & taking a left on glencoe.

i saw this truck today 9/23/13 leaving Floyd's barber shop in Venice on Lincoln Blvd> I stopped and asked him what the dept did and he told me they resolve issues where Paranormal activity is reported. He also told me that the Dept was responsible for cleaning up crash sites where people die to remove the ghost and UFO Crash sites. I thought he was insane but the truck looked very official so I left scratching my head

I get an error that says there was an error with installation, and after repeating the process using all the sources you have on the website, it continued to give me that error. Any ideas?

If you take a close look at the license plate, it has registration tags on it - most County and City Vehicles have exempt license plates!

I am not sure why it happens! I'm assuming some sort of corruption in the timezone code.
